How do you tell whether something or someone is good or bad, right from wrong?
Different people have differing views and opinions on various subjects and if you were to ask a bunch of people for their thoughts on an issue, you might get a whole assortment of ideas. Of these, there might be contrasting sentiments and there might even be the possibility of there not having any two persons who with similiar beliefs.
What does this say? Well, I think it just means that human beings are really complex and hard to decipher. No matter how well you know a person, you'll never be able to fully fathom the thoughts of this person.
The lack of common understanding coupled with the reluctance to communicate usually leads to speculation. Try to guess what the other party is thinking is something that is very tiring. And the worst thing is when the conjection is wrong coz thats how misunderstandings arise.
For goodness sake, get out there and communicate. Get your point across. And make sure you receive the correct signals as well. Be it your parents, siblings, friends, partner or colleagues, talk things out, discuss whatever you are uncertain about with them and you'll find that eventually, your relationship with them would improve. Through communication, you might also get some invaluable advice and most importantly, you'll find that you are not alone. Communicating with others gives you a sense that there are people out there who actually care a great deal about you.
